Shipping Information

Due to the value of the items, all items will be shipped by United Parcel Service and will require your signature. If this shipping policy is not convenient for you, we will ship the item and allow for a third-party's signature; however, signature by that party will be deemed acknowledgement of the receipt of the item upon that person's signature.

We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, with most items shipping within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. You will be alerted to any shipping delay as soon as possible.

Expedited orders must be placed by 11:00 a.m. MST in order to ship that day. 

We're sorry, shipping information cannot be changed once you submit your order. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that in the majority of cases our faster processing times work to your advantage. If you have questions about your order, please contact us. 

Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Handbag Tailor (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card).

We do not ship to Post Office Boxes. In order to make purchases at HandbagTailor.com, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States. For your security, we do not ship to hotels or businesses that offer mailbox rental services (e.g. Mailboxes Etc., UPS Store), freight forwarding services, or cargo services. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please check back with us periodically for any updates regarding our shipping policies.

Return Policy

At Handbag Tailor, your satisfaction is our main priority and will strive for that. Once you receive your item(s) please examine them very carefully. If you are simply not happy with your product for any reason, please call us at 1-877-530-7599 for a Return Authorization Number and instructions within 14 days of receipt of your package. Please note that after this period, we can not accept ANY returns or exchanges. Please be sure to return your purchase exactly as it arrived, UNUSED, with original dust bag/tags intact. Merchandise must be accompanied by the original packing slip so we can properly credit your original form of payment. We will refund your payment within 10 to 15 days after it has been received. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Sorry, we cannot accept COD deliveries.
