If this shipping policy is not convenient for you, we will ship the item and allow for a third-party's signature; however, signature by that party will be deemed acknowledgement of the receipt of the item upon that person's signature. Expedited orders must be placed by 11:00 a.m. MST in order to ship that day. Return Policy At Handbag Tailor, your satisfaction is our main priority and will strive for that. Once you receive your item(s) please examine them very carefully. If you are simply not happy with your product for any reason, please call us at 1-877-530-7599 for a Return Authorization Number and instructions within 14 days of receipt of your package. Please note that after this period, we can not accept ANY returns or exchanges. Please be sure to return your purchase exactly as it arrived, UNUSED, with original dust bag/tags intact. Merchandise must be accompanied by the original packing slip so we can properly credit your original form of payment. We will refund your payment within 10 to 15 days after it has been received. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Sorry, we cannot accept COD deliveries.
