He started marking handbags approximately 10 years ago when he wanted to find a use for wood left over from his construction sites. His formal training in architecture forcused on the use of materials such as wood, steel and brick which are rarely used in the fashion industry, which is where his inspiration came from. He started bring wood home each evening and exploring its possiblities. Soon Boma Bags was born.
